Link Talent Recruitment is run by LINK TECHNICAL TALENT LTD, a small British recruitment business set up to help tech startups find the people who will shape their next year. We are not a call centre and we are not a CV database. When you brief us on a role, the person who takes that brief is the person who searches, screens and introduces the candidates to you.

We started because too much tech hiring feels transactional. Founders get sent a pile of profiles with no context, or a recruiter who disappears once the fee is agreed. Our approach is the opposite: fewer roles at a time, a proper understanding of your product and your team, and honest feedback when a brief is unrealistic or a salary band will not attract the right person.

Most of our work sits with companies between five and eighty people, often hiring their first engineer, their first data specialist or a technical lead who can grow a team. We know how those decisions feel from the inside. A bad hire at that stage costs more than money; it costs momentum, and sometimes it costs the product.

The way we work is straightforward. You tell us what you need, we agree the fee and the timeline in writing, and then we go and find people. You see a shortlist with real notes on each candidate, not just a link to a profile. If we cannot fill a role well, we will say so rather than send you unsuitable CVs to keep the process moving.
